Position Overview

As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

  • Educate individuals and families on the benefits of life insurance, annuities, and other financial protection products.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online outreach.

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance, ensuring a seamless client experience.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, company products, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ Self-Motivated & Coachable Individuals: A strong drive to succeed with a willingness to learn.
✔️ Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to build relationships and educate clients.
✔️ Sales or Insurance Experience (Preferred, but Not Required): Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus.
✔️ Leadership Potential: Desire to grow into a leadership role and mentor a team.
✔️ Licensing: A life insurance license is required, but you do not need one to apply. We provide guidance on obtaining your license.
✔️ Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools, CRM software, and virtual communication platforms.
✔️ Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
